Abstract : The Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a fundamental framework in software engineering, outlining the stages involved in creating a software application from inception to deployment and maintenance. However, traditional methods of teaching the SDLC often fail to effectively convey the interconnections between phases, leaving learners with a fragmented understanding of the process. This project introduces an innovative, interactive learning model designed to enhance comprehension and engagement with the SDLC. By incorporating visual aids, real-world case studies, and hands-on simulations, the model provides a dynamic, experiential approach to learning that bridges the gap between theory and practice. Students and professionals alike can explore each SDLC phase, gaining a deeper understanding of their roles, dependencies, and real-world applications. This approach not only aids in mastering the individual phases—Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance—but also demonstrates how these phases influence each other, offering a comprehensive view of the software development process. The interactive nature of the model fosters engagement and critical thinking, empowering learners to make informed decisions as they progress through simulations of actual development scenarios. Ultimately, this project aims to transform SDLC education by providing a more engaging, practical, and holistic learning experience for both students and professionals in the field of software development.
